When I visited the store on June 5, with my sister on her vacation, we were followed around the store as if we were criminals by an associate at that location. When we noticed we were being followed We tested our suspicions by riding the escalator up and down a couple of times to see if the associate would follow, and she did.

We were the only women of color at that location which is why we feel we were being discriminated against. When I confronted the associate and the store manager about their behaviors They insulted our intelligence and refused to admit any wrong doing. I am shocked and appalled that management and the associate handled the situation in such a poor manner. We visited several other stores at the mall that day and did not experience any other discriminatory practices.

If this is the type of service Forever21 is giving I will no longer shop at Forever21, my ancestors have fought long and hard to be treated equally and I should not be subjected to this type of discrimination in this day and age.
